- Can I buy just one spare lens?
- Spare lenses are always sold in pairs, consisting of a left and a right lens, to conserve the optical quality.
- Can I buy frames separately
from my lenses ?
- The frames can't be bought on their own. If the frame is damaged or breaks because of a manufacturing flaw, you can send them to us and, after checking on the flaw, we'll replace them free of charge, if covered by the guarantee.
- One of my lenses is scratched. Can it be repaired?
- Unfortunately, we can't replace scratched lenses. The only solution is to buy a new pair of lenses.
- What can I do if my frames break?
- If your frames are still under guarantee, (see the product guarantee booklet) and you have a valid receipt, our after-sales service will assess whether the damage is due to a manufacturing flaw. In this case, the product will be replaced free of charge. if the product is out of guarantee and breakage is due to a problem that cannot be attributed to the manufacturer, a charge will be made for the repair of the frames.
- How should I clean my lenses?
- We advise using only the case in microfibre.
- How can I be sure that my Ferraris are authentic?
- All Ferrari eyewear has an anti-counterfeiting label applied to one of the temples of the frames at the time of purchase.
